Ingredients:
Half of an avocado
Milk (skim)
1 tablespoon sugar (brown)
1 tablespoon regular oatmeal (for a fibre kick) **
1 teaspoon quinoa flakes (for a protein kick) **
1 teaspoon vanilla yogurt (I prefer Greek)
How To:
Scoop the avocado out of it's "shell" and take out the pit (or use the other half). Add all ingredients into a blender or a magic bullet (oatmeal and quinoa are optional). You can add ice cubes to it too. Add the milk until the blender's almost full (for magic bullet: go up to the line). Mix until smooth. It will be a thicker consistency, so if it's too thick, add more milk.
