Ingredients:
2 tablespoons peanut butter (any type)
1 banana
Milk (skim)
1 tablespoon oatmeal (for a fibre kick) **
How To:
Peel and chop the banana first. Mix all ingredients (oatmeal is optional) in a blender or magic bullet. Fill the milk almost up to the top (magic bullet: up to the line). You can add ice cubes too! Blend until smooth.
